“Paragon”
Pyrmont NSW
Designed by renowned architects SJB, Paragon was created to be a luxurious offering, and it does not disappoint. With 11 apartments, 20 terraces, 2 commercial lots consisting of 3 strata plans, and a BMC, this building is a true standout. Each terrace has access to its own private lift, and the shared rooftop entertainment area is simply stunning. State-of-the-art equipment, such as number plate recognition integrated with access control and apartment automation, ensures that Paragon is at the cutting edge of modern living.

“Kew Schofields - Georgette”
Tallawong NSW
Georgette is the second stage of the Kew Schofields project, comprising 136 residential lots spread across four buildings. Construction presented some challenges as workers needed to access shared facilities from the previously completed stage. As a result, Pillar is now working to turn both stages into a cohesive community.

“Urbain”
Crows Nest
When Pillar Facilities Management first took over the managementof Urbain, the building was in a state of disrepair. Poor building management and a bad strata experience had left a small group of owners running the building themselves. We immediately took ownership of contractor and defect management, guiding the building through tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of remedial works with the builders. With new strata and building management, and the owners’ faith restored in building management, Pillar Facilities Management was awarded a lengthy contract term. Today, Urbain is a shining example of what Pillar can achieve through excellent building management.

“Astoria”
Punchbowl NSW
Astoria was in need of a major turnaround before Pillar came in. The building had fallen behind on fire compliance for over two years, and relationships between owners, contractors, and strata were fraying. Pillar worked closely with the owners to develop a comprehensive strategy to address these issues, with a focus on understanding the owner’s priorities. Mybos software was implemented to streamline communication with residents, and to resolve any issues that arose. Within just 12 months, the scheme had made significant progress in rectifying the outstanding issues, and is now well on the path to investing in building improvements.

“Kew Schofields - Rose Gardens”
Tallawong NSW
Rose Gardens is the first stage of an ambitious project to build a sprawling complex of around 700 residences, comprising 119 units across four separate buildings and a BMC. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Pillar is responsible for rectifying any defects on private lots and common property.

“Grosvenor Court”
Kingsford NSW
Grosvenor Court is one of Pillar Facilities Management’s most beloved properties, and for good reason. Despite being nearly 30 years old, the building has been given a new lease on life through excellent management and dedicated owners. This 80-unit block (76 residential, 4 retail) boasts a stunning pool, gym, and sauna, and has recently undergone significant modernisation, including the complete replacement of its lifts. Grosvenor Court is a perfect example of how older buildings can be revitalised and brought into the 21st century.

“Kew Gordon”
Gordon NSW
Kew Gordon is a high-end development comprising 50 residential lots spread across two towers. The leafy streets of Gordon provide a serene backdrop to the building, which boasts stunning fixtures and finishes. Building management activities include move-in management, proactive and reactive defect management, and maintenance contracts for facilities. The outdoor entertaining area is a standout feature, and the perfect place for residents to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

“Carrington Centre”
Marrickville NSW
The Carrington Centre is a commercial complex consisting of 29 units, home to occupants from a diverse range of industries. Managing the common property requires particular attention, given the different types of businesses and their unique needs. Pillar is responsible for ensuring the appearance and operation of the property meets the expectations of all occupants, including those in food production, building and construction, electrical, import/export, and retail.

“Compass Business Park”
Lane Cove NSW
Compass Business Park comprises 37 commercial lots from a variety of different industries and services. Pillar was brought in to resolve outstanding issues left unresolved by previous management. Although the building is over 10 years old, it remains solidly constructed and well-maintained. Regular activities include move-in management, reviewing maintenance contracts for facilities, and creating communication processes. Building initiatives include repairing delaminating windows, painting, driveway repairs, and concrete spalling remedial works.
