Building Management 101

Treating Your Property Like Our Own!

  • We work closely with the Executive Committee and Strata to best manage the interests of the owners and residents.
  • Maintenance related activities:
    • Preventative Maintenance – Planning, tracking, and documenting preventative maintenance. E.g. cleaners and gardeners.
    • Reactive maintenance – On call service for arranging of emergency works (plumbing, gas, electrical) and responding to events as they occur e.g. repair of incidental damage, graffiti removal, etc.

Fire Compliance

Safeguarding Your Building Giving You Peace of Mind

We take fire safety and compliance seriously. We know that it can be a lot of work to keep everything up to code, which is why we make it our priority.

 

Each year, one of the biggest tasks we tackle is preparing the building’s annual fire safety statement. It takes a lot of time and effort to manage this process, but it’s something we are well-equipped to handle. Communication with residents is key, and we make sure to keep up-to-date records and use our building management software to send targeted email communications and reminders about upcoming inspections.

 

Our team has the exceptional compliance knowledge and skills to assist building owners in obtaining a signed-off AFSS certificate. This certificate confirms that all measures on the fire safety schedule have been inspected and tested by a qualified practitioner. We also compile all the necessary documentation to submit to the council. With our help, building owners can have peace of mind knowing that their property complies with all relevant regulations and that their occupants are safe in case of a fire.
